Instructor(s)

Professor

Markus Reuter

Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Markus Reuter, SMS group GmbH, Helmholtz Institute Freiberg for Resource Technology. Markus Reuter is working in Germany at SMS group GmbH Technology in Düsseldorf and he is closely linked to the Helmholtz Institute Freiberg for Resource Technology at the Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossenorf.

Post-doc

Alejandro Abadías Llamas

Alejandro Abadias Llamas is a research associate at the Helmholtz Institute Freiberg for Resource Technology at the Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf. His research focuses on the development of resource efficiency and environmental impact evaluations of metallurgical and Circular Economy systems using process simulation tools.

Project Manager

Tina Pereira

Tina Pereira is a project manager at the Helmholtz Institute Freiberg for Resource Technology. She holds a Masters degree in Geoecology which is an integrated approach to environmental science and targets environmental issues. The term "Geoecology" signals an interdisciplinary approach and coincides with "Earth System Science". It aim at a deeper and complex understanding of environmental and planetary functions and processes, particularly related to finding solutions for anthropogenically-induced challenges and therefore, links to the topic of Circular Economy.
